We’re looking for a IT System Administrator with knowledge with 1-3 years of experience. Someone who has understanding of security concepts, the ability to manage company wide projects, can help us integrate between teams and takes care of all company internal hardware and software. In addition to managing our internal infrastructure you’ll support the Operations Team with production tasks using bleeding edge technology.

  • Maintain and moving forward the current IT corporate infrastructure and follow up with all related changes
  • Work with project teams to help implement and maintain internal systems
  • Own identity management (enterprise SSO) related operations (onboarding, offboarding, licensing, etc.)
  • Support and interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner (help-desk tasks)
  • Manage IT office network (VLANs), Firewall, DNS, WiFi, etc.
  • Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaboration with the Operations Team
  • Bring your expertise and knowledge into our team, make it even smarter, and help us to improve the quality and speed of our work
  • Take care about security, availability and up-time for our team’s internal services and all the challenges that come with it


  • University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent or sufficient hands on experience
  • You have a strong understanding of network and security concepts
  • No fear of office machine setup (usually windows / Mac systems)
  • Quick learning and proactive personality
  • A wolf that know how to work as part of a pack but also a unicorn that know how to manage and lead projects on its own
  • Strong  and comprehensive communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to write technical documentation in German and English


  • You are familiar with process implementation standards such as ISO, HIPAA, or BSI-200
  • You have worked in an agile environment before
  • Experience with managing development communications tools like JIRA / Confluence, Slack...
  • Experience with managing cloud services like google mail, file sharing providers, 1password and so on
  • You’ve worked in companies with 60+ People before
  • Your table tennis skills help us win some department points
